Guided Kayak Trips on the Royal Canal
Enjoy a relaxing and fun kayaking experience on the scenic Royal Canal. Our guided sessions take place in stable, sit-on-top kayaks, perfect for all levels of experience. We have a fleet of 10 bright and colourful single kayaks ready to go!
No Experience Needed
Never kayaked before? That’s absolutely fine! Each session is fully supervised, and you’ll receive clear, easy-to-follow instructions before we begin. You’ll be guided every step of the way to ensure a safe and enjoyable time on the water.
All Equipment Provided
We provide everything you need for your kayaking adventure — including your kayak, paddle, and buoyancy aid. Wetsuits are not required, but feel free to wear your own if you prefer.

When We Paddle
Booking Slots:
- Ballymahon, Kenagh, Abbeyshrule: 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Mullingar: 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Private Evening Sessions
We also offer private group bookings (4–10 people) on weekday evenings, Monday to Thursday, at 7:30 p.m. from Ballymahon, Kenagh, and Abbeyshrule.
48 hours' notice required.
Age Policy
- Single Kayaks: Suitable for ages 12 and up.
- Mullingar Location: Minimum age 14+.

- €25 per person (Weekend Days)
- €30 per person (Mon–Thurs Evenings) Sessions typically last around 1.5 hours. Please allow up to 2 hours to accommodate different abilities.

This is a 2-hour session, but we recommend allowing up to 2.5 hours.
Booking & Payment
Pre-booking is essential. You can book via our enquiry form.
Once you’ve read through the details and are happy to proceed, we’ll send a Revolut payment link to secure your booking.
Full payment is required in advance to confirm your place.
Cancellations:
We do not offer refunds unless the session is cancelled by us. If you're unable to attend, you're welcome to transfer your spot to someone else — just let us know in advance.
